Add Background Image

I need to add a background image at the top of the Homepage under the page title.

How can I do it ? Can you help me please ?

Please add a Fullwidth wrap(click + Wrap, pick up Fullwidth wrap) above the Promote module. Set Background image for the Fullwidth wrap: https://www.dropbox.com/s/wbdwb5xnb2wclwm/QQ20211213-094556.jpg?dl=0
