Hi! We have an issue with importing the demo on to WordPress. The website says that too many network requests are send at the same time. When I look in the developer console I see alot of HTTP 429 errors for the network requests for the demo data. We have already contacted the hosting provider but they couldn’t solve this issue and said we should contact the theme provider.

Hi, thanks I can login FTP, but I cannot still update the demo data. I found that PHP version is 8.x. It causes the problem. Please downgrade PHP to 7.4.x, and this version is also officially recommended. There would be a selector of the PHP version options on website host cPanle.
