Hi, I’m trying to load in fonts from a project on Adobe Fonts.
I’ve entered the kit token and kit ID, and the names of my fonts show in the “Choose Font Type” dropdown. One of the fonts in particular – Proxima Nova – does not work. The dropdown says “Loading…” but never loads so I’m not able to select the font. I’ve tried this over the course of a few days but the issue persists.
I’ve tried a new kit token, I’ve tried removing and adding the fonts again, limiting the character set to English, etc.
Are there any other paths I can take to use this font?
Thank you!
EliseOctober 27, 2023 at 2:49 am #30184Hi there,
Welcome to SeaTheme forum.
We’ve had reports of this issue before, and it can be due to a number of reasons, such as service request limitations, etc. If you don’t mind, may I check your website? could you please leave your wp-admin(URL / username/password) with picking up “Set as private reply”?
PS:
if you have the FTP account, please also paste it also
ThanksRegards!

It may be due to too many fonts in a kit.
Please try splitting 2 kits (2-3 fonts in each kit), and test again.
Please let me know the result.
ps:
Please stop all plugins on your browser, and stop the firewall on computerRegards!
SeaTheme – FAQs – WordPress Customization – FacebookOctober 28, 2023 at 2:24 pm #30196Hi, thank you. I split up my fonts but am still having the issue with the Proxima Nova font specifically. The other fonts seem to be loading in fine so far. I tried creating a new web project with Proxima Nova, generating a new token key, etc. but it just doesn’t seem to be loading.
October 28, 2023 at 2:51 pm #30197I found an error:
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 () (admin-ajax.php, line 0)Not sure if this is directly related to the font issue? I found this by checking out the console through Google Chrome.

October 28, 2023 at 3:34 pm #30200I spoke too soon – the font is not rendering. When I select the font on the Fonts Definition page, under “Languages” I see a message that says: There has been a critical error on this website.
Where can I get more information on how to resolve this error? It’s very broad. TY!!
October 29, 2023 at 8:00 am #30202Hi, I checked your site and it actually works on the page, I compared it with the original Adobe font display and they are the same. We can actually ignore this error message.
Regards!

It works now, the font should be assigned on “Fonts Assignment” also, I assigned it on custom tab.Regards!
SeaTheme – FAQs – WordPress Customization – FacebookNovember 16, 2023 at 2:44 am #30246Thank you! How/where can I use fonts that are assigned on the “Custom” tab? For example. when I use a text component I don’t see a way to select a specified “Custom” font. I can select the font directly – Manofa – but where can I use the “Custom” styles I create? Thank you!
November 17, 2023 at 1:36 am #30249Welcome
It is not necessary to use the custom font on the Text module, there is a font selector on the text module editor .This custom label is defined by the class name or ID name to specify the font. If you have some knowledge of CSS, you can understand how it works. For example, you can also use this class name in a text editor like this.

November 23, 2023 at 1:43 am #30264Yes, it will work on tag
p
.
Please use the custom style format like if you want to use the style for a heading text, like adding classnamefontstyle1
for a
h2
tag:
.responsive-ux h2.fontstyle1, .fontstyle1
