Multiple changes to the theme

Hi,
I would like to make this change to theme, how can I do that?
– I put a gallery on homepage (http://ideeingrafica.it/homepage), I want to give a link to every image to different pages, like a portfolio, is possible?
– still in gallery, is possibile to add a title in the middle and a zoom in effect on every image?
