WordPress 5.5 Compatibility (08/11/2020)

The WordPress 5.5 update will cause some Javascript is broken on the editing page(wp-admin end) or front end page.

Please upgrade the latest version to fix it:
– ART: version 3.3.1 – learn more(If you use the Version 2.x, please re-install the Version 2.3.2 (how?))
– SEA: version 1.6.8.1 – learn more
– Air theme / Arnold theme – learn more

Please upgrade BM Content builder plugin also.

If you meet the issue on other themes, please try to install “Test jQuery Updates” plugin to fix it

Please install a plugin to fix it, go to Plugins > Add New, search “Test jQuery Updates”, install / activate it.

After activated, go to Plugins > Test jQuery Updates, pickup ” Enable” for “jQuery Migrate”

Or please stop all other 3rd plugins to check.

Hi,

I updated manually. Now I can not see the content of pages anymore when I want to edit them. For a second I see the plain text content (which is also visible in the source) but somehow the pagebuilder elements do not show up. Also the published pages are suddenly empty. Problems started when I started using the Yoast plugin. I de-activated the plugin but problems are still there. Any advice?

Unfortunately, I have the same issue. 🙁
I cannot make any edits on the portfolio pages and, when I try, the content is lost and I have to make the portfolio page anew.

The content was built by the classic editor, you could turn it by the “Classic Editor” button
